          Incense - Jasmine
          Candle Color - Purple
          Animal Pictures for altar including your pets as well as those used
          for food, fur, circuses, zoos, and science. Take a walk and collect fur
          and feathers, etc.

Invoke Deity:
The Goddess as the protector of Beasts
Archangel Rapheal

When To Perform:
Moon Phase - New or Full Moon
Day of Week - Tuesday or Saturday

Ritual:
          1. Cast a magic circle
          2. If you have not done so already, light your candles and incense,
               and invoke your preferred deity.
          3. Say:
               I call upon the Ancient Powers
                      to hear my voice this magical hour.
                      I speak for those who cannot speak
                      I speak for those who are too weak.
                      The ones whose voices cannot be heard
                      Please hear my message word for word.

                      It is protection that I seek
                      For those that are so very meek.
                      The small ones entrusted to our care
                      The ones whose skins we choose to wear.
                      For the companions that sit at our feet
                      For those whose flesh we choose to eat.

                      Kidnapped from their homes and placed in zoos
                      The ones for fun we choose to abuse.
                      The cries of the animals of this Earth
                      The ones whose lives are doomed from birth.
                      In terror, loneliness, and in pain
                      Those who are so terribly slain.

                      I ask that all who are with me now
                      Those with the power to disavow
                      Seek out those who would abuse
                      Those with the power that they misuse
                      Instill in their hearts compassionate love
                      For the animals they have been neglectful of.

                      Let the wind carry my message true
                      That all animal abuse shall be taboo.
                      From now until the end of time
                      To abuse an animal shall be a crime.
                      Let the deaf world hear their cries
                      And compassionate love will be the prize.
