PAST LIFE REGRESSION

There are a few ways to find out about past lives that you have had here on earth or other planets. Unless you are a new soul, you have probably had many lifetimes here on earth. Past life regression through meditation or hypnosis is the best way to learn about these past lives. Brenda and I have both performed past life regression through meditation and hypnosis for ourselves and other people. Believe me when I tell you that this is fascinating and wonderful information when you receive it. Brenda and I both know of four lifetimes each that we have had here on earth and we continue to learn of more. When you are under skilled guidance there is much to be learned about yourself and the lessons that you are learning and have already learned.

Many people have claimed to receive healing spiritually, mentally, and physically from past life regression. Brenda and I do not claim this as a method of healing but it sure is an added benefit when it does come about. One understanding that definitely comes about from past life regression is that you do have eternal life and that you incarnate to learn your lessons and perfect your soul for Father God.

Learning about your past lives will help bring about an understanding of many things that are occurring in this current life. For instance, why do we have a great desire to learn about a certain era in Earth's history? Why is it that we have a knack for doing certain things or a great desire to do certain things in this lifetime? Is it possible that these desires are related to an experience in a past life? Brenda and I have found this to be true in many cases. These past life memories are within each and every one of us. The benefits of learning about your past lives are tremendous and very important in your future spiritual growth.
