Listed below are the workshops that I have developed, along with Spirit, called the Formulas For Life series. These workshops are designed to help you understand why we have the experiences in life that we have and how we can grow from these experiences. I also tell you of methods you can use to change these experiences from those that cause you pain and suffering into experiences that will bring peace, joy, happiness, prosperity, and abundance into your life.
Many of us are continually repeating cycles in our life and most of us are ready to break free from these cycles of pain and suffering. perception or seeing through a child's eyes is the great revealer of the true reality.

competition and comparison is in your life. It teaches you twelve principles to use to
achieve any goal you set for your self. You will know you are a winner after this
workshop.
Navigating Through Life With Less Difficulty - This is a very powerful workshop, for it brings together the Seven Dimensions of
Intelligence of the Heart, the Seven Universal Laws, and the Seven Formulas For Life. It
relates each one of these to each other and it shows you that by knowing and using the
Formulas For Life, you can truly navigate through this lifetime with less difficulty.
